What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy With Mild Collection At Cul De Sac, Follicular Cysts, And Thickened Endometrium After TVS?

Aoa I have done TVS on 12 day which has shown mild collection at cul de sac and right ovary with one follicular cyst 26*27 mm and multiple follicles in right ovary with one large follicle 8mm and in left ovary small multiple follicles with large follicles 8mm.so plz tell what are the chances of pregnancy? EMT 6mm.Dr asked com on 14 day with one more scan.
