What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy With Siphene?

Hi I have P COD , thyroid TSH 6.1 and Thalasmia minor. I am having irregular period cycle approx 40 days. My doctor is performing follicular study , She has prescribed Cycloreg 5mg for 5 days and I got periods after 2 days . Now on performing Follicular on 3rd period day, she has prescribed siphene 100mg for 5 days. Also she has prescibed Obimet SR 1mg and thyronorm. Will I be able to conceive in this cycle? How much time will I take in conceiving? Please suggest.
