What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy With This Ultrasound?

hai i 'm 29 yrs old i got married in 2006, for past 5 yrs we are trying for baby, but still i have not conceived. i did Laproscopy in 2007 for polycystic ovary, then it has been cleared and i did hsg they said filling defect in uterine cavity. now i did ultrasound and they said bulky uterus with Tickened Endometrium and posterior wall uterine fibroid. do i have chance to conceive ?
