What Are The Chances Of Recovery From Moyamoya Disease?

Hi. I am a Moyamoya patient whose disease has shown no further progression since bypass surgery. I still have stroke symptoms and am being told by my Neurosurgeon that if they persist to see a Neurologist because I could be having seizures. What do you think?
