What Are The Chances Of Spreading Adenocarcinoma By The Usage Of Morcellator?

I had anemia caused by heavy cycles. I had a normal Pap smear. Endometrial biopsy showed no cancer. Office visit a month before surgery showed fibroids and a thick (2cm) lining. Laparoscopic hysterectomy. Utereus size of 20 wk pregnancy. Would not come through vagina. Morcellation was used. Path says I had grade 1 endometrial adenocarcinoma well differentiated. What are the chances that Morcellation did NOT spread the cancer?
