What Are The Chances Of Survival With Perforated Esophagus?

My son is in intensive care a week now. He had massive bleed from his lung and was resuscitated twice. Bleed was found and repaired, however Dr said they think they perforated his osophegus during CPR. He's on life support and in a coma for a week now, he opened his eyes after 6 days but non responsive. Does he have any chance of survival?
