What Are The Chances Of Toxic Shock Syndrome In Case Of Moisture Free Diaper?

my granddaughter is more than 2 and a half and is basically potty trained. she wears diapers at night disposable. sometimes in the morning I take her to potty and her diaper is dry. I make sure it is absolutely unwet. so I figure it can be reused. my daughter in law thinks she could get toxic shock syndrome if re used. can that be real if it has no moisture etc?
