What Are The Chances To Get Pregnant After Taking Tri-Sprintec?

I had sex for the first time a couple weeks ago. I am on the pill, specifically Tri-Sprintec. I have been on this pill for a year next month. I am supposed to start my period this week, I took my first placebo pill today. I have taken every pill at the same time everyday is there any way i could be pregnant?
