What Are The Complications Of Having Cysts In The Ovaries?

Hello. I had large cysts (approx. 8cm each removed from my ovaries in June and my fallopian tubes removed as well. My cysts have returned and I am hesitant to get surgey again. I am told that I have a large amount of scar tissue and can not get spontaniously pregnant. What other complications should I be worried about?
