What Are The Consequences Of Childhood Cancer?

i was 4 weeks pregnant and did not know. I had a catscan with iodine on pelvic and abdominal area and am very worried about baby developing some sort of childhood cancer. I am considering terminating pregnancy but need to know how much risk is cancer for baby
