What Are The Consequences Of Condom Being Stuck Inside The Vagina After Having Sex?

Hi, so I had sex without realizing afterwards that the condom got stuck inside me. My partner and I were both messed up that night, so he said he din't notice either. Three days later while I was in the washroom the condom fell out and I was shocked! Now I'm just scared about the chance of getting pregnant. Is is a large possibility? Do most women that has gone through the same thing gotten pregnant?
