What Are The Consequences Of Not Taking Iron Tablets In Case Of Anemia?

I'm 13 yrs ofd and anemia due to heavy bleeding bleeding.I'm 95lbs. and 5 feet tall. I was two month premature, other than that my health is okay. What are the consequences if I refuse to follow doctors order. I just finish taken provera by mouth for 7 days which I was not to happy. I can't stand iron tablets or fruit and vegetables. Any suggestions?
