What Are The Current Treatments For Fungal Infections In ILD Patients With Declining Oxygen Levels?

My mom (63 years old) is an ILD patient diagnosed about 4 years ago(ILD ... IUP vairant), recently her o2 levels dipped and we have to increase the o2 concentrator from 2.5 to 4 litres to maintain the flow. We were informed it is possibly due to a fungal infection as the other viral and bacterial possiblities were ruled out. We want to know what the current treatments available for this disease.
