What Are The Dangers Of Taking Aleve And Advil At

What are the dangers of taking Aleve and Advil at the same time? For example, Aleve in the morning and Advil at the end of the 12 hour Aleve period? I am 64 yrs. old, suffering from HBP, diabetes, arthritis in all of my joints with inflammation of my feet and ankles. I have had two pulmonary embolisms, and take warfarin. I also have a thyroid condition, depression and obesity. I'm a medical mess. I am currently not under the care of a doctor and have been off all of my medications for approximately 8 months. I moved from CO to TN and am having a very difficult time locating a primary care physician. HELP!
