What Are The Dark Red Splotches Around My Vagina?

I am 16 years old. Never had any sort of sexual contact with a guy. I have been sick for 4 days with a bad flu and in that time i did not shower. This morning i was feeling better, and when i went to shower i found dark red splotches on the side of my vagina and near the lower hole. I made sure to really clean it out with baby soap and after put vacaline on it. Over the duration of the day they have started to get itchy and now are unbarably itchy. There is white almost like damp dead skin on it and when i dab it with tolette paper it comes off a little. I know they are not a pimple or blisters. DARK RED SPLOTHES. and are very itchy.
