What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi, my doctor advised me to take regestrone for 2 weeks. I am also taking prognova. Am on day 29. I haven't got my periods. My cycle is 30 to 32 days. I and my husband had planned for a baby..
I would like to know if I am pregnant ..I haven' t done any test so far....I want to wait for few more days to take a home test.
Would taking this tablet have impact on pregnancy if I take this tablet regestrone??
Can you please guide me...
