What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi, I have a regular menstral cycle. My last period was april 23, I have taken a few home pregnancy tests but they came up negative. I was starting to feel a few symptoms but honestly dont know if it was all in my head. I just started my period, but not with regular cramps. Instead of menstral cramps it feels more like pains in my lower abdomen/close to my pelvic. Is it more likely that I was just 3 weeks late? Or more likely that i am miscarrying?
