What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I recently have been having multiple pregnancy symptoms and now I am 4 days late for my period. I took a HPT and it said negative. I had an IUD that was removed a little over a month ago and I had a normal period right after it was removed. Could I be pregnant or could it be something else?
