What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

i may have missed a few of my pills last month and i live with my partner so we do have regular sex, recently i started to feel groggy and sick but i passed that of as work and stress, but in the past 4 days i have been stuck in the bathroom being sick and suffering a bad case of diarrhea, i dont know if i may be pregnant and it may just be me feeling like im being dramatic, i have fell pregnant on this pill in the past but i misscarried at 7 weeks. is it posible im pregnant or could you diagnose something else..... im 21 in a week could it just be my body changing as i have been on cerrazette pill since 15 years old.. thank you
