What Are The Early Signs Of Pregnancy?

i am 27 years old and trying to conceive ...last month i had my periods on 19th april...this month it however started on 12th may,had a little dark brown discharge which stopped..on the third day i tried the home test pregnancy kit which came negative...on the fourth day at night i again had the little dark brown discharge which stopped again...toaday is the sixth day and i had not had my periods...is it possible i am pregnant? when shall i repeat the home preganancy test again,or should i come and meet Dr.

please help me,as i am really anxious to know if i have conceived or not
