What Are The Effective Methods Of Removing Facial Hairs?

Hi i am almost 16 years old i am a female, 5 feet 4 inches tall, and i weigh around 118.8 pounds. I have been having excess hair growth all over my body especially face since i was around 11. Later a year ago i visited a gynecologist and got done with some tests and found out that i have polysistic ovary(PCO). I did laser to get rid of the facial hairs but each time i do it the effect lasts only for maximum 2 and a half months. It is expensive so i could you please tell me if there are any other effective methods? But i am not so worried about my facial hair what i am really worried about is that i heard females with pco cant have babies, i was crying for a week straight after hearing that. I want to know if it is really true...and if it is true then is there any way to have a baby even if it requires taking drugs? (oh ya presently i am on birth pills, by the way i never had sex and dont plan on it either before i am married the doctor said birth pill will help slow down the growth of facial hair). I would be very grateful to get my answers...i am going through serious mental pressure and tension..please help me.
