What Are The Effects Of Glynase And Gluformin On Blood Sugar?

I am taking glynase MF twice a day. Now I am in talks with a nutritionist and doctor who has advised me to take gluformin thrice a day with half glynase MF at night. She says that with her diet recommendations, blood sugar will go down and glynase MF will lead to hypoglycemia. I am confused. Can enlighten me what is the effect of glynase MF and gluformin separately on blood sugar.
