What Are The Effects Of Ibuprofen, Aspirin And Amoxicillin On Fetus?

Hi im 2 months delayed and my tooth pulled out last 2 weeks ago. But i didnt know that time that i am pregnant. i took many ibufropen tablets, aspirin tablets and amoxicillin. My concern is what will be the effect to my baby when i take so much medicines. I decided to continue my pregnancy despite of that.
