What Are The Effects Of Isotretinoin On Pregnancy?

I was on isotretinoin (for my acne)from last 4 months 2 capsules a day, 20 mg dosage, i stopped taking it on 10th february, and my periods strarted on 17th of feb.. my question is i had unprotected sex with my husband and now im really worried if i get pregnant willl that medicine affect my baby?
