What Are The Effects Of Accident Ingestion Of Diluted Bleach?

I had a sink full of water along with a cap full of bleach with my kids bath toys soaking in it and my four year old decided to play in it and I m sure he drank some but not a lot. He has this habit of dipping his hand in water and licking it off. Should I take him to the ER?
