What Are The Effects Of Accidental Intake Of Contaminated Chicken?
I deep fried a couple of pieces of chicken trying a new way to fix it. I gave some to my husband and son to see how they liked it. Then I noticed when I was going to cook the rest of the chicken a foul oder. I want to know are they in any danger of getting sick from eating this? I threw the rest of the chicken in the trash. I cooked the 2 pieces on 400 degrees in a deep frier. Please tell me what I should do?
