What Are The Effects Of Having Three Testicles?

Hello, my fiance Roman has three testicles and doesnt want to get them checked out by a doctor but he also has it in his head that he will never be able to get me pregnant. Is it a problem that he has three testes and will he not be fertile or in most cases even though you have more than two testicle can we still conceive?
