What Are The Effects Of Swallowing Plastic Bottle Cap Accidentally?

So I had recently accidentally swallowed a plastic bottle cap, and I was wondering if any possible obstructions or any health issues can occur from this. Now, I have a habit of bending the cap vertically as if I were folding a bed sheet, so if that gives additional information if need be. I would really appreciate if I could be responded to ASAP.
