What Are The Headaches And Heaviness In The Morning?

Hello. Im a 20 year old female. Ive been waking up every morning with severe headaches feeling hung over.This started one month ago after I had strep I have not drank in over three months. I have dizzy spells tingling in my arms and legs. Im 5'4 150lbs. I feel dazed all the time even after drinking caffeine and taking 800mg of motrin everyday , any suggestions or cures
