What Are The Heads That Are Developed On The Penis?

What should a penis head look like at 16? I notice some 'heads' are developed well and its as if they dip on the head, when going down onto the shaft, Im worried cos my 'head' isn't really looking as what I've seen on some porn movies... Is this something I should take up going to a doctor irl or just ehm... not worrying!! Thanks
