What Are The Ill Effects Of Excessive Masturbation?

I'm ashamed to say I've been on a masturbation "marathon" today, masturbating practically the whole day with few breaks. About 30 minutes ago, I've noticed my penis isn't the right size - it has widened. The swelling has not subsided. The swelling seems to have occured during the last masturbation, and I think I felt pain during it. On closer inspection, the tip of the penis is of the usual size (now non-errect of course), but seems overall bigger - I'm guessing it might be the fatty tissue, or... something... underneath the skin.
