What Are The Ill Effects Of Skipping Birth Control Pill?

Im on yaz birth control and I accidently took my sunday pill on saturday after i just finshed my period. I had to skip the pill sunday because i took it saturday, but then I got back on track on monday. Will this make my whole pack less effective now?
