What Are The Ill Effects Of Smoking Weed?

when i smoke weed my head hurts sharply. i was wondering why this is happening. it is something recent i have been smoking for years. the pain starts through my nose and goes upwards into one side of my head. last remember it being the right side... any ideas whats going on here?
