What Are The Ill Effects Of Smoking?

i am smoking from last one year......i m 23 yr old girl,i made a relation with ma b/f.....next day he told me to take pill....and i had taken....he told me to stop smoking for 1 n 1/2 month.....is there any serious side effect of smoking after takin pill...........
