What Are The Itchy Inflamed Bumps On My Skin?

I have a question about these mysterious Inflammed wormlike bumps on my skin ? It's rather itchy. I have it on the side of my left chest area, and on the right side, on my upper thigh but this one seems to grow a bit bigger, since a few days. I don't know what it is, but it itches at night, and mostly through out the day. Do you have any idea what it could be ?
