What Are The Itchy Red Bumps All Over The Body?

I am so ichy, I am finding little red bumps with a little white bump in the middle. I freaked thinking they were bed bug bites, but I tore apart my bed and didn't find anything. I don't have many of them and they just appear out of nowhere, but I itch everywhere.
