What Are The Itchy Red Raised Bumps On My Pubic Area?

I have a few small, red raised bumps that are in my pelvic region. They are not on my vagina, but they are in the area above it. I thought they might be razor burn, but I have had them for close to a month now. They itch and if I go over them with my razor, they bleed and form a scab. Help!!
