What Are The Itchy Small Rashes On My Face?

hi there,

i have itchy small bumps/ rash on my forehead for a few weeks now. it's more and more and now i see it on my chin and both cheeks. it's itchy, and sometimes skin color, sometimes a little red. i thought maybe latex allergy...i wear gloves all day due to my work, and when i put them on, my face is ichy right away (even before the rash). thanks for your help.
