What Are The Itchy ,stinging Colourless Bumps On My Lips?

im 29, 5.2 and weigh about 52 kgs. I have itchy burning dried lips which sting and these tiny colourless bumps on the lips and around one corner of my mouth for about 2 days now. i also have colourless tiny rash/bumps on my face for past 2 days. I have eczema since birth but this doesnt seem like that, I feel horrible about myself and really self conscious, please help. i will be really thankful.
