What Are The Long Term Effects On Infants While Using Meth During Pregnancy?

Hi, I m trying to get some information pertaining to long term effects on infants whose birthmothers use meth during pregnancy. My husband and I have been presented with the possibility of adopting a child whose mother used meth until she found out she was pregnant. Currently, she is about 12 weeks and found out she was pregnant at 7 weeks. Upon finding out, she entered rehab and has been clean for roughly 5 weeks. I m not sure how often she used or the severity of the use so I am trying to get as much information pertaining to what we may be getting into and what we d need to know prior to making the decision.
