What Are The Medicines Adgain, Finpecia And Tugain Used For?

hi my name is rajesh tiwari i am using Cipla adgain capsule, finpecia & tugain 5 solution.so i want to ask how many month i have to use this medicine.actualy i didn t ask any dr my friend tell me to use these medicine.please suggest me it is safe or not or i can go for some other option please suggest me.
