What Are The Open Pores With A Hole In The Middle Kind Bumps I Am Having?

I have had dermititis / excema on my hands...........they are very dry but heat lumps form, they weep and are very itchy. It is only really my hands. I have drank some south african red wine and eaten some oatmeal which I think may have honey in it. I developed itchy heatlumps on my legs (mostly all over but more at the top). The heat lumps look like they are open pores with a hole in the middle. Do you have any ideas what it might be? Thanks x
