What Are The Ovulation Symptoms While Having Pcos?

Hi! I have polycystic ovaries and would like to conceive. My health specialist has me on Vitamin B, Zinc, Folic Acid and Pregnacare. I have been taking these pills for about 2 months now. I was told that I am supposed to see a runny clear/ light yellow discharge from the dissolving cysts, which I see everyday. But I wanted to know, do I now have a greater chance of getting pregnant? And if so, how will I know when I am ovulating?
