What Are The Painful Boils Surrounded By White Bumps On My Buttocks?

I am a female and I am fifteen. I had two very painful boils on my thigh and butt. I didn't feel the need to go to the doctor because I searched online about it and after about 3 days, they both popped. I kept cleaning it with saline and kept it covered. The one of my butt is sort of healed, with little puss coming out now but i noticed it was getting very itchy. I had a look and saw two pimple sized white bumps around it. What is it?
