What Are The Painful Rash Spots In The Inner Thigh And Armpit?

I have a rash on my inner thigh, that seemed to be going away with the use of savlon. I then found a pimple looking spot on my opposite leg, which turned into a very sore circle of peeling skin. I again used savlon and it appeared to be going away. However I now have two more of these spots on my armpit and the rash and original spot remain, however don't cause me much trouble. These spots are incredibly painful. Any ideas on what they may be?
