What Are The Pimple Like Things Around My Underwear Line?

I recently had an ingrown hair around my underware line, like the top, I wasnt able to pull the hair out so i just left it, the next day it was sore, i looked, and it had turned into a sore, i let it heal a bit, the scab started to fall off and i could see the hair, so I pulled it right out. its healed now, but there are 3 more tiny pimple like things around the area, very small, So I squeezed them and they seem to be healing fine now. There are no other sores around my lady parts, and these small pimple like bumps are spread out. Im a worst case senario person and freaking out that their genital herpes. What else could they be?
