What Are The Problems Associated With Clots In Uterus?

hello,this is lavanya i had my last menstrual period on may 24 th but it was only few drops for 2 days and it again started now on june 4 th till this date 15th june heavy bleeding is there and on 10th june i had 1 medium size clot and i had scanning and they told me to use tablet styptovit and tab erthyomisine and tab metrogyl . and now the bleeding is stoped and they have diagonised as incomplete pregnancy.but if their are any clots in my uterus will their be any problem for me.doctor advised to have dnc
