What Are The Reasons For Weight Gain In Breasts?

I am 54 years old. over the past few years, my breasts have grown out of control. I did gain a few pounds, but I have been this weight before but my breasts were never this big then.... I almost think I need a reduction. Is this normal for this to happen?
