What Are The Recurrent Blotchy Patches Of Skin Whenever I Sweat?

Hi from time to time i get some patchy round blotches that are raised on my inner thighs i notice they come out usually when i sweat and get really hot between there? what is this called i think it may be some sort of fungus... Please help and do i see a dermatologist for this??
