What Are The Recurrent Itchy Sore In My Mouth?

I have problem in my mouth, On my Hospital Card Doctors has mentioned psoriasis of skin in Mouth, Problem is that Occassionally boils with some sort of water develops in my mouth time to time, there is no pain but some sort of irritation & this remains for four-five days & remain ok for some days & again same happens.
